Outstanding little gem of a hostel right next to El Matadero Cultural Center, Plaza Rio 2, and Manzanares River. Very comfortable and clean accomodations, they have a fully equipped kitchens and a lounging zone. The best, though, is the costumer sevice which is at a level of ***. Highly recommended.

La relación calidad precio es buena,la zona en dónde está situado también y sobre todo el personal trabajando es amigable y eficiente. Es cierto que hay mucha gente en las habitaciones y a veces las literas están demasiado cerca unas de otras,pero las habitaciones son grandes y eso está bien y por el.precio que cuesta es entendible..

Muy buen precio para la calidad/ good service

Very good service. Staff is friendly and fast at resolving any issues. Water runs hot, kitchen available. Beds can be a little close together so maybe bring earplugs!
