Listed as 3 stars but barely qualifies

I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place. The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. On my first night (which falls on a weekend), I spotted a cockroach in my room and killed it. I then requested staff to remove the cockroach, but was told that cleaning staff were not on-site. Subsequently, the ants took care of the cockroach for me. Midway through my 1st week, my door handle fell off. Fortunately, a member of staff fixed it the following day. On my last 3 nights, the air conditioning broke down in the middle of June. The room got very hot at night. The gym has no air conditioning or ventilation. The hotel is also double-used as a student accommodation. Many fellow residents are therefore very loud. Given the affordable price, I would have been happy staying here if these shortcomings were communicated first-hand. The 3-star rating is therefore misleading. I might have to stay here again in the future due to the hotel's proximity to where I work. Therefore, I hope the listed issues can be fixed.

Terrible experiencia!!

No es un hotel. Es una residencia estudiantil. Reserve como residencia para mi hija y para mi otra habitacion. Pagué por la deluxe la cual no tenia ventana. Tenia un airey luz en el techo. Me la cambiaron por otra con ventana para la cual tenia que subir por escalera 70 escalones, porque no andaba el ascensor. La recepcionista Maite es la ultima persona con la que quisieras encontrarte en tu vida. Por otro lado se hospedan homeless. El señor que fime estaba en estado total de ebriedad. Por favor, no confien en las fotos. Tuve que comprar hasta papel higienico. Aun habiendome retirado una semana antes se quedaron con plata del deposito y estadia.
