Very clean and excellent staff on check in. Andres was very helpful. Bed comfortable. This is a very basic hotel. No chair in room, no tissues, no kettle. Towels very thin. Do not expect a lot other than a clean room. Good for a one night stay. Wouldn’t want to stay much longer. They make you pay for bag storage.

The hotel was as expected, being on the cheaper side of what was available at the time of booking. The immediate area outside felt a bit dodgy at first glance. The room was smaller than it looked online, the toilet sink and shower are all separate and tiny, there’s no kettle in the room but the hairdryer was pretty good. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection.

Well located hotel. There is a metro station just in front the hotel. Also 15 mins walk to puerta del Sol. The rooms are quite small but really clean. The breakfast is average.
