Polite and friendly staff. The room was very clean. Hotel is next to a metro stop so easy access to anywhere in the city. Only minor issues was the walls seemed paper thin. If you had noisy guests and are a light sleeper you might struggle. Also even with the window closed the outside noise was loud. Basic breakfast but enough choice and good coffee. The breakfast area did feel a little cramped. I have stayed in a budget ibis before so no what to expect. No complaints for the money payed to stay in central Madrid.

Rooms in madrid centro are way overpriced for what they offer, including this one. Room and everything in it is small. Would repeat only in an emergency, and only to sleep.

The rooms were very cramped. The shower was literally next to the bed which was extremely gross. No locks on toilet door. No place to keep luggage. There was a bunk bed with a terrible design. It was more of a hazard where one could keep banging their head while moving around the lower bed.

2/5 why lie about it, the room SUCKED!!!! No air conditioning we were marinating in our own juices of the heat we were there for 2 night and were absolutely miserable the room was hot, the shower is not private is by your bed so everyone in the room can see you naked, the toilet looks like a porta potty I hated every minute of it, I hate it the only reason why I give 2 stars is cause is within walking distance to everything so that’s location was the only good thing. I don’t recommend staying here. I felt bad as a mom to have my son in this hotel it look like a homeless shelter. No no no I just want to erase this memory out of my head.

Tökéletes választás volt! Kifogástalan tisztaság, kényelmes ágyak és végtelenül kedves személyzet fogadott minket. A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges volt. Külön plusz pont, hogy a metróállomás is csak pár lépésre található. Nagyon élveztük az ottlétet, biztosan visszatérünk még!
