Wonderful boutique hotel close to everything! The staff is so lovely, and the food is excellent. We arrived very early in the morning, and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel to explore until the room was ready. The hotel often sells out, so if you’re arriving after an overnight flight, be prepared to have to wait on your room. It’s worth the wait.

Immaculate property with very attentive staff. Incredible location. The rooms are massive and spotlessly clean. Truly one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms feel so luxurious. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The breakfast is wonderful. This is a 5 star property. I can’t say enough good things about it and we will certainly be back. We immensely enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautifully Mai rained property in the heart of Madrid. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our double double room was spacious and well appointed and the bathroom was huge. Also a quiet property within walking distance to everything on our list.

This is such a beautiful hotel, prime location, extraordinary staff and overall we had an exquisite experience. We arrived early and were able to check-in immediately. You're going to love where we're staying. The hotel sits right in the heart of everything, and I mean everything. Shopping, tapas bars, restaurants, a tablao, and the train station are all just a short walk away. No taxis, no stress, just step outside, and the city is yours to explore. The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff is genuinely warm and welcoming. You're in good hands.

A really "cool" boutique small hotel in a convenient location although the immediate surrounding neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite. We stayed in a 2 BR suite which was really one of the nicer rooms I have stayed in however we were disappointed at the lack of turndown service, water/towel replenishment etc for the price we paid. The hotel is not far from being a 5 star establishment but needs to improve their service to get there.
