Dispuestos a resolver los problemas. Y agradezco que tengan contactos para enchufes de otros países. Sólo falta una mesa más en la habitación para 2 personas porque sólo hay espacio para una maleta. También es un problema que el único espejo esté en el baño porque cuando hay dos personas, una no puede arreglarse frente al espejo si la otra persona está usando el baño.

Os hotéis em Madrid, assim como em outras cidades grandes da Espanha (comparado com cidades da Itália e Portugal) são um pouco acima da média em preço, então às vezes é difícil dar nota e comparar com localidades melhores em outros locais da Europa com preços menores. Dito isso, para uma noite achei o local apropriado. É próximo do metrô, relativamente. Não é tão próximo do centro conhecido. Tem recepção 24h e elevador. Apesar de que estava frio na cidade, o quarto é bem aquecido, mas até demais, tivemos problema com o ar-condicionado/aquecedor não funcionando (não ligava de jeito maneira, tentamos de tudo), e não conseguimos ajuda da recepção (as soluções não ajudaram, e barreira da língua prejudicou a comunicação também). Felizmente abrir a janela um pouco já ajudou, mas no verão seria insuportável.

En la habitación hacia mucho frío, el mando del aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Estuve en la habitación 106, mucho ruido del bar de abajo, se escucha la música que ponen, el ruido de cuando sirven, las personas que están en la terraza fumando y también está habitación da para la calle Alcalá y es un ruido constante de coches y motos.

El personal muy amable. La habitación confortable, buen tamaño y aislada de ruidos Mejoraría la limpieza de las pequeñas manchas negras que se hacen en la parte de abajo de la mampara y azulejos de la ducha así como un manchurron negro en la estanteria que hay encima del lavabo. El resto del baño estaba muy limpio, salvo estas 2 cosas que hace bajar el nivel y da un poco de cosa ducharse. Si lo mejoraran estaría perfecto Gracias
