Staff are excellent. Location was fantastic for viewing Madrid with most landmark sights within walking distance. Only negatives which could be improved is the beds were not that comfortable and each morning the breakfast had very little left when we came down on the Sat/Sun morning at 10am.
Location was great , when I arrived to my room the shower was clog and when you place the sign of need privacy the person who refill the liquor still knock The door unacceptable
