"The entire experience with the cleanliness of the hotel and the Casino. The atmosphere was more than pleasant, inviting and friendly. Everyone was friendly and did their very best to make my birthday special. The only small complaint was about the checkout experience. I was given an ungraded room, but it wasn’t a 2 bed queen bed, however, although the upgrade was complimentary, the computer system changed our room rate, even though we didn’t stay in that room. So what should have been a relatively simple process, it took over 20 minutes to checkout. I experienced issues with my Casino rewards card and it took 2 days to straighten out the problem."

"We booked another night ( couldn’t get the in- between date due to a concert). This check in was good. Room is beautiful and beds comfy! Friday/Saturday staff different from Sunday staff- (Except Tommy at the bar, he was still awesome and helpful!) - not in a bad way ….. just different energy…"

"My window in the loft didn’t close and the blinds were broken but I turned the heat on. No maid service during a4 night stay which was fine as I pick up after myself just fine and always reuse my towels but thought that was strange. Maybe that’s how it is now and I’m the dumb one haha but the place was nice. Just a minute walk to the convention center in the tunnel, very convenient"
