"Would give a 4/5 out of 5 if I could. This was the last stop for my son and I on our father-son Road Trip this past July. We stayed here for three nights. The room was in need of a little TLC and an update or two; but overall was fine. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was phenomenal - especially for a hotel breakfast that came with the stay! I had been expecting some bagels, muffins, cereal, toast, etc - which would have been fine for my son and I. Instead there were eggs every day, bacon or sausage, and two of the three days had biscuits and gravy. There was also two waffle makers, along with the usual options. The area offered a lot of convenience as far as going to pretty much any store, or restaurant you wanted; but the traffic density, and road work made it a pain to go just about anywhere as well. Each restaurant we ate at in the area was b/w 1.5 and 2 miles from our hotel; but would take literally take 12 - 20 minutes to get there. There were more than a few times I went out to the vehicle and saw ppl "walking" through that made me hesitant to leave anything of value in plain sight in the vehicle. To be fair there were no issues; just giving my perception. The price was fair and overall our stay was good. As I noted at the start, if I could give it 4.5 out of 5 I would - the half star off would be for the need for a little TLC and some updates; and how inconvenient going anywhere was (although to be fair, that certainly is not the hotel's fault)."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was well prepared and service was prompt and courteous. The only odd thing we noticed was that in our ADA compliant room, the shower was not accessible. Although it had several grab bars, it was a standard step-over side tub so my disabled husband was not able to take a shower. What we usually see in an accessible room is a roll-in shower or a shower with a low-sided tub. Overall, a nice hotel we plan to visit again, but that we will ensure we specify a roll-in shower is needed."

"Lots to like about this property from the look inside and out to the cleanliness, staff and being very close to where I was traveling. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was EXCELLENT! Will for sure stay here or another Townplace property again."

"The staff was friendly and the room was clean but the phone didn't work in my room and nobody came to fix it. I think it sould have been a top thing to fix thank God there wasn't anything that happened so I didn't need to call or someone needed to contact me. Breakfast was very good. I went swimming and it was very clean"
