While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better communication about the room assignment.

Hollywood casino hotel is new so everything was nice and clean. Shot out to Fibianna and Vincent at the front desk. Both were very friendly, hopefully and willing to help. I had a king room which was spacious. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. I didn't use the gym but it seemed to have everything nor did I eat at the Hill restaurant. Mainly because I didn't see anything on the menu I liked. I also thought the price for a night was reasonable. The casino is just that a casino. To many penney machines and table games. Overall, it was a choice. Would recommend!

This hotel was the cleanest I’ve stayed in during my adult life. The staff was happy to answer questions and Rita went out of her way to welcome us to the hotel and show us around. And, since it was a hotel and casino we were able to find a way to occupy free time whenever we wanted to. Loved my experience at this hotel!

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels. We went to the restaurant in the hotel lobby for breakfast and dinner. Verrry slow service. Forgot to bring the juice. Had to ask for more coffee, then she only filled one persons cup and didn’t even ask if anyone else wanted a warm up. Dinner as better. Food was good but drinks were very weak.

The bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly as there was hair (not ours) and pieces of tp all over the floor . I would have brought it to the attention of the staff but they were completely booked and we had a surgical appt early the next morning. The bed was THE most comfortable ever in a hotel.
