"Clean comfy room. But the hotel is like a frat house. People arguing and making out on my door at 3am. Loud yelling. Parking lot is chaos because it’s owned by an airport transport service. No hotel parking. The shampoo dispenser was broken. The hotel is in an industrial location, so there isn’t a bar restaurant anywhere around. I was there on business and there was just no chill. "

"I absolutely love this hotel. It’s definitely one of my go to’s when I visit the area. The property is always clean and the staff is always very nice. They have convenient parking which is a must have for me. Bathrooms are updated and always clean. And the location is perfect for concerts, arts and leisure, restaurant to be easily accessed. "

"Room was not clean. TV did not work. They sent maintenance and it worked half and half I couldn’t shut the TV off with the remote. Had to use the button on the TV said they were gonna come back and fix it never did check in was terrible I never had a problem before this time. It was awful. Normally I don’t have to deal with that. I get a digital key, but for some reason I didn’t get one this time stayed here many times, but this time was just bad."

"We use the hotel for overnight stays prior to a trip. Rooms are great. Parking is easy and shuttle to and from the Airport is excellent "

"It’s Aiite I book here a couple times none of the rooms seems to have a standing mirror so you can see your outfit good when heading out."

"This property seems to have undergone a recent renovation. Rooms are modern, clean & decent sized, cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a little tricky, it's safe but right on a very busy highway, there's a target about a 10 mins walk. There's a bus stop a block away that would take you to NYC in just under 20 minutes, no pavement though, so if it's raining it could be wet & muddy. Property may pass as 3.5 star or 4 star boutique hotel in the city! Highly recommended. "

"No, breakfast sub par. Toaster did not toast. One waffle iron. Slow. Sausage patties not fresh. "
