Both ladies that we met at the front desk were very sweet. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was sparkling. The breakfast was delicious. The cook was really on point making sure we never ran out of eggs and the coffee was always brewing.

Our suite was one of the best on our trip. Separate bedroom, living rm and full kitchen. There also an area outside with tables, chairs and grill that guests could use. Staff was very helpful.

Check in process was easy, prices for the rooms were great, rooms high quality and cleaned! ONLY CON: security deposit of $250 when expedia and website shows $75. Security deposit costed more than our reservations itself… It is not $75 as shown on expedia or on website. Parking is $5 with a lot of parking spots. Everything else good.

The price was better than neighboring places. The facility was pretty clean, however, I encountered a live silver fish on the floor and the shower had something stuck to the floor. The room was a nice size, making it easier to have visitors, however, the TV remote didn't work. Also, the key card didn't work for letting us in the facility from the outside. The grounds were well maintained. The breakfast was vary good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were clean. The management should have the towels replaced daily. The breakfast steamer trays should be warmer. The beds were comfortable. The room amenities were in keeping with this level of accomidation. Some of these (phone, one lamp, clock radio) were inoperative. Once these are addressed the ratings would be above average.

Nice hotel with beautiful landscaping and good breakfast.We didn’t cook but the little kitchenette is very convenient to have. On the downside, we had to go reactivate the keys almost every time we came back from our activities, the gym is very basic and the pool rather small.People with small kids would probably appreciate it anyway. Our room phone didn’t have a wire so it wasn’t working,which can be inconvenient if you need to communicate with the front desk.(probably an isolated case) Over all we had a good experience,so if you’re not too picky and have some patience you’ll probably enjoy the property.
