"The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. "The staff (owner?) was friendly and spoke to us in English. They had a place ready for our luggage before check in so we could go to the Snow Monkey Park first. We enjoyed our traditional stay. The hot spring is very hot! I only stayed in for two minutes."
