家族旅行で利用しました。部屋は広くて清潔でソファもあって快適でした。ブュッフェもおいしかったです。予約制で、時間があまり選べなかったことが残念でした。プールを利用しましたが、受付を通さなければならず、手間取ってしまいました。同じところに大浴場があり、受付があると思うと気軽に行けず、一回しか入れなかったのが残念でした。大浴場は広くて楽しめました。

全体的には、良かったが、朝食に1時間待たされたのが残念でした。予約をしている人を優先してたようですが、予約が必要なことはフロントでも案内なかった。他のお客さんも同じ不満をこぼしていた。

コロナ禍に初めてArai棟に宿泊。今回は念願のLodge棟に宿泊しました。とても快適な部屋でみな大喜びでした。オフシーズンでしたので2食付で1人約16000円は大変お得感がありました。また機会があれば訪れたいです。

団体が入ってみたいですが夕食会場の案内の悪さ、ブュッフェに対して料理提供が全然できていない。朝食会場も人数に対してテーブル案内が無いので6人がけに2人が使用したり今まで色々利用していますがあんなに並んで待たされたホテルは初めてでした。ホテルは静かで良い所でしたが食事に関しては残念でした。もう少しお客様をスムーズに案内できるように考えられた方が良いと思います。

清潔感あり、静かな環境、スタッフの対応が良かった。浴室の露天の虫達には、ちょっと引きました。定期的に特に朝晩は対応が必要では。せっかくの景観が残念😢でした。ドライヤー始め、コスメも良かったです。有難うございました。

It is a clean hotel and in very reasonable price. Only HKD 450/ per night . The lobby is newly renovated and the room is a bit old. But, the room is clean and I have no complaint. U can enjoy free onsen and the environment overall is good.

Excellent resort with Western amenities and very nice rooms and facilities paired with classic Japanese charm and culture. Would definitely stay here again. Our family absolutely loved it!

Awesome ski in and out property, if you take the train and get off at the closest station they have a shuttle bus that takes you to the resort

Nice resort with a few restaurants on site. Facilities were nice and the staff were helpful. Would not recommend for a solo traveler longer than a weekend. Mountain was nice and convenient for skiing

Amazing place

Amazing. Clean excellent breakfast buffet. Onsen was awesome. The only issue was they shut down the lifts bc of snow so skiing was hard. lol
