Nice hotel. Service was helpful but not always polite. Most people where great though. Dinner is over priced and not the greatest. Rooms where nice and clean and a good mix of traditional and modern.
Very nice hotel. Best feature was the Onsen . Staff was amazingly friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast included for our stay it had a lot of variety. We had the option to be shuttled to 4 different ski resorts nearby . They picked us up when we arrived at the bus stop we made prior arrangements with them. They shuttled us to the train station when we departed. For supper we made reservations at nearby restaurants the Lime resort shuttled us there and we walked back about 12 min after dinner. I highly recommend the Lime Resort.
Singaporean family of 6, hard to fault anything. Most staff can speak basic English and attention is rendered to all appopriately, young and old.
Onsen has different pool and some are not just warm enough for young kids to soak and enjoy.
Food great
Sleep mattress is Beauty Rest, futon might be alittle too thin for me but good for all kids.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Overall the location is great where it is close to 2 mountains and far enough away from all the congestion of the main street. The annoying part is that not once was it advertised that there is no shower in the room. Has a toilet and sink but having to go down 1 floor to use the communal shower isn't ideal when spending over $500 a night for a room. Also the buffett finner and vreakfast was always cold and not much variety. Overall not worth the price.
I stayed at line myoko in end of feb in 2023, and came again in March 2024. The hotel staff are all still very friendly, and front desk staff Yoko San has especially been very helpful to me in every way from arranging rides and even in driving and accompanying me in snowboarding rental. I really appreciate the way she is committed and devoted in delivering the best customer service and hospitality. I always feel like a vip staying at the lime myoko in off peak season. Hotel breakfast remains excellent but I wish they would have offered more varieties and variations throughout the 4 days I stayed. Onsens and rooms are still in very good condition. The hotel was much more quiet this time I stayed with much less customers and no kids screaming in the hallway compared with last year. It is a hidden gem if you want serenity for getaway resort holiday! Well done and continue the good work! I am tempted to come back in spring 2025!
The hotel is new, cleaned and chic. Only drawback is their drivers don’t speak English and there is only 1 restaurant. Hotel offers pick up and drop off at train station, all the ski parks nearby and restaurants between 9-6. breakfast buffet was great and their front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. I checked in on a Sunday and left on a Thur, and there were some noisy kids running around the hallway at 7am on Thur which was a bit annoying. Special thanks to front desk staff Yukari, Miho and Kohei who have been giving me lots of help with their good English skills and hospitality. I recommend this hotel to friends and family in HK and US and will visit again.
