Room was fine, mattress was a bit too soft but room was clean. The biggest drawback was the wifi was really, really, really poor. Location was very convenient, within walking distance of the ferry dock and the local restaurants and shops.

Front desk was friendly. Good location to walk to everything but parking was crowded. Our room had a smell and the soap & shampoo were junk but I always bring my own. I only paid $75 a night so wasn't expecting too much.

The staff were very friendly. However, the front desk does not stay open at night. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but I had to reset my room key after each use. Luckily, we didn’t lose one and we kept asking the staff to reset it so we always at least one key that would work. Our friends were in another room and never had a key issues so it was just our room 220. Rooms were clean. Location is great, especially for the ferry and shopping. Check in and check out and easy.

Location is great, right downtown and can walk to all the shops. Room was clean, only give you 3 pillows per queen bed, fyi to all the pillow people out there. Pool/whirlpool was working. Only complaint would be maintenance. Our molding around the tub was falling off and wallpaper was bubbling coming up in many places.

Room was clean enough. But definitely needs to upgrade. We had a CPAP and had to unplug a lamp to use it. And put coffee maker on floor because the cord wasn’t long enough. No microwave. The man in the office was very friendly
