Great location on the Mackinaw strip. Close to the ferry. Water park was nice, outdoor pool was pretty dirty and had a lot of chemicals in it. Cabin had a lot of room.

Not a “Cabin” but a wood filled hotel room. Location was great but the room was Very dated with dirty old carpet and a blue shower with mold around the edges. Water park area was also not well maintained and only open from 2pm until 10pm. Kids had a good time so I gave it a couple stars.

I love my stay at the cabins, they were comfy and clean. They are right across the street from the ferry station. All the staff is super friendly. The little town is awesome and full of things to do.

Staff were friendly. The location was great. The water park was fantastic, although looking a little run down. The room was a bit dusty and dirty in corners. The exercise room (3 pieces of equipment total, no weights) was non-functional, with one extremely loud treadmill, a bike that didn’t work and a bike with no seat.

The cabin fully supported my family of 5. The air conditioning was sufficient, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The place was relatively clean. It could've been swept and mopped before check-in, otherwise it was fine. I would definitely return there again to stay. I would save money by bringing a few groceries and snacks because you can easily spend 100.00 on every meal. We walked everywhere from here and the ferry is directly across the street. The shopping was so inexpensive as well.

The chalet was filthy. The carpets needed cleaning and vacuumed. We had no toilet paper. There was nasty curly hair in the shower and the bathroom was just a filthy mess. The outdoor swimming pool looked like it needed some chemicals, but the inside watermark and pool was nice. The location was great and close to everything we needed.

Rooms were very quiet and clean. The only issue we had was both rooms had Twin sheets turned sideways on Queen beds which meant your feet were on the mattress pad where the person the night before had their feet. That's a deal breaker for next trip.

I thought we might be getting a cabin and ended up in a room in the back of the property. It was not very nice. I asked if we could move to a cabin. They happened to have one available and moved us for a small upgrade fee. We appreciate the staff for helping us with this.

Liked facility location Cleanliness set a new low for any stay ever. Bed was horrible. Sheet appeared to run sideways…was unusable, blankets were rough. Dirty floors, not clean to the point you would not set anything down. Everything tired…..not all plugs worked.

The staff was very understanding when we had to leave a day early due to a medical emergency. Refunded our money. The chalet was clean and well maintained inside. Wood interior was beautiful. Roomy enough for two people. Only complaint was the very very very firm mattress and “flat” pillows. Hard to get comfortable. Close to ferries and downtown. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

The cabins are beautiful and in a quiet area. The staff helped me when I injured myself on my first day. The air conditioning was refreshingly quiet. The only downside is that you have to ask for cleaning (in general and wastebasket dumping), fresh towels, and change of sheets. If you want to use the pool, forget about it. It is in dire need of cleaning. That being said, it was a good experience with a few hiccups.

Pay attention to your booking. Picture may show a cabin but will be a hotel room. They need to do something about the moisture and the mildew smell. There was wrapper in the drawer so I know they don’t clean 100%. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Was a decent stay though. Water park was fun for the kids and was convenient to the towns. They should spend some money on updates though. Also they need to pay attention to the stains on the sheets and maybe not use those ones. Biggest complaint is when I got home everything that was in the room stunk like mildew. I stayed in the “hotel” side.
