The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are so clean and the beds are really comfortable, with lots of different-sized pillows to choose from. "The Ramada on the Rideau is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is conveniently near to major sites in Ottawa. The proximity to the Rideau and the canoe and kayak rentals was a major plus. We stayed there to attend a family funeral and the staff was very considerate and kind. The space was spotless, had such great natural lighting, was incredibly spacious and well-equipped.
The beds were firm enough to provide support but also soft enough that you felt like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow. It was super comfortable!
The property is well situated and within walking distance to many restaurants and fast food options.
