"2 ladies on reception were veey welcoming and efficient upon check in. The whole hotel is pristinely clean. The room was spacious , spotless and comfortable. Everythkng was modern and the little toiches such as bottled water and slippers were very much appreciated. The location is so convenient for the train station , as well as local shops , bars etc. We didnt eat here at all as we already had other plans but now i wish we did as the food looked really good and fairly priced. The bar area is again very clean and welcoming. "

"We had a great weekend stay at this hotel, our room, had a wonderful bay window, so we could see the river mersey one way, and the city the other, the two lifts were super fast, so didn't have to wait long for a lift, the hotel also had a direct exit, into the Albert docks, entry by key card, which was super handy, plenty of amazing restaurants close by, would definitely stay again. "
