"The hotel was spotless. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. All requests were fulfilled in less than 10 minutes. There was always a staff available to help with translation and to ensure we got what we needed. Breakfast was an additional cost but worth the money, it was a feast everyday with breakfast items and meal items fit for brunch/lunch. We had a 3 bedroom 3bath apartment and it exceeded our expectations. All members of our party were happy. The train station is within walking distance from hotel and that made access to big malls and other shopping areas easier. The airport is a good distance away so pre-plan your departure. We had an early morning flight, so we asked hotel staff to pre-planned our transportation and get an adequate size vehicle to take us and luggage to airport. I would definitely stay at Somerset Sudirman Jakarta if I visited Jakarta again."
