The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. "I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned during our entire stay — no cleaning services were provided at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan."

"The staff was warm and very welcoming. The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The bed was so soft and supportive. The pillows were large foam and so comfortable! The bathroom was a nice size with good water pressure. The view of the city was very nice on the 12th floor. The breakfast was simple but pleasant. The metro was right around the corner. "The bedding was top notch. Arrangement for a family of four with separate bedrooms and bathrooms was lovely. Very clean and they treat kids like gold- free mocktails, Star ECHO Tshirts and stuffed animals to make them feel like honored guests. "

Parking was easy and plentiful, which made arriving and coming and going from the hotel stress-free.
