Rooms comfortable although when we went it was nearly 80° and no air conditioning in room working as they said it was still winter!!! Lift not working for the 3 days we were there either so not great. Breakfast ok and roomed clean. Staff very friendly "

"The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people. The bed was comfortable. "

"Breakfast area was poor. Choice at breakfast was also poor. En suite was clean and in good condition but the bedroom was in poor condition. A bit out of the city but good transport links. "

"Easy connection throughout Milan via the metro which was close by. Room was clean and everything I needed for a few days stay. WiFi was a little slow, but didn’t spend much time in the room for it to be a problem!"
