The Staff was very nice and helpful and friendly.The room and the hotel were very clean. normally problem was that the closet light was very hard to turn off – the light switch was not readily visible, and there was no closet door. We had to call the front desk to turn the lights off they were aware of the problem and apparently it was going to be addressed. Another issue was, and this is not only this particular hotel problem, but the rest of the hotels. I guess they turn off air-conditioning at some point and there is no way to cool down or warm it up. It was warm and the room temperature was almost 80° otherwise the place was fine very convenient to the train station. I would have given it five stars had it not been for the air-conditioning and the closet light

Lovely hotel, and very convenient for transport links. The Milan Central station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is very quiet and modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of local restaurants to choose from and they are reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel close to Milano Centrale train station. Nice reception area with courteous and friendly service. Bedroom was a good size for family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Modern bathroom and excellent shower. Although, at first I thought it was so nice to have double vanity, I think a single sink with more counter space would have been better (but obviously this is just personal preference). Would definitely stay again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, and the staff was always on hand to make sure that everything was well-stocked. Finally, I was very impressed with the level of service that I received from the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.
