"I've been waiting to do this review since February. I got a room here because Im pregnant and was going through homelessness. I got there and the lady at the front desk assigned me to someone else's room, we went in and thank God no one was in the room ATM, that would've been weird and uncomfortable. We got to the room we were supposed to have, there were roaches, room was barely clean. Some staff goof around a lot and talk about the costumers while on stift, very unprofessional. The walls are thin so I can hear EVERYTHING. WIFI doesn't work and if you have a Xbox or PS forget about because you can only use the Internet on your phone and it makes you log in every 30 minutes, sad. I was there 3 years ago and things just got 10 times worse. They need a inspection."

"Overall this is a very nice hotel. Good stuff first: there is a great fitness room, the guest rooms were very clean and huge, the overnight staff was exceptional, and the bartender was very good. The lobby and breakfast area is large and comfortable. Not so good stuff is that there is only valet parking at the hotel which is rather pricey. We had to park across the street in a tiny lot which was reasonably priced but very inconvenient. There was a constant group of homeless people camped right outside the hotel where the only metered parking is. Several areas of the hotel wreaked of marijuana. We reserved several rooms and so did family members for a wedding and twice we were given the wrong room and even given a room already occupied by other people. The hotel management did acknowledge the mistake and credited our room. "

"Such an interesting place to stay. The place has a sense of humor. Our room had nuns bowling and on swings. The hotel is very accommodating. Will be staying again "
