We love this hotel and visit every year for a specific event. As we have kids with us we appreciate the safety features (card access is needed almost everywhere). Staff is courteous, helpful and always extremely pleasant. Housekeeping does an absolutely excellent job. We also appreciate and enjoy the breakfast - just wish it started @ 6:00 every day. Our visit was Thursday - Sunday, so we missed breakfast on Saturday and Sunday as it doesn't start until 7:00 and we had to leave before that.

Awesome place to bring a family! Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast (one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had!). Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was great too!

Wow! Our family loved this property! So we originally booked at Hyatt House by Mall of America, what a mistake, it was so awful. We left there and checked into SpringHill Suites in St. Paul, it was wonderful and saved our family vacation. This hotel is downtown but has very convenient parking inside a parkade. The hotel itself was very clean. You can tell the staff work very hard at making the hotel a very clean and welcoming environment. The front desk staff were also really friendly and great. We enjoyed the pool every night we were there. The breakfast included in the morning was one of the best breakfasts I’ve seen at a hotel. Freshly made hot breakfast sandwiches, Nutella, fresh options, delicious. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back!

We had a great stay, staff were pleasant and very helpful. Beds and pillows are average. Large updated rooms. Stayed on a weeknight and was allowed a late checkout with no extra charge. Parking is $25 but secured with key pass. Entry to hotel and elevators are secured with key pass.
