"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Our stay was excellent with breakfast being the highlight. Our room had a view of the castle and the patio view of the Mosel was beautiful. The only negative was the summer heat being unbearable without A/C, although a fan helped somewhat. Would return during cooler months. Wein Garten next door was excellent."
