Comfort and service in old-world surroundings

A wonderful experience, with such friendly staff from the reception clerk ( and his five or six fluent languages) to the owners who served up such a fantastic spread of items for breakfast!

Nice hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, great water pressure and plentiful hot water in shower. Very good breakfast at reasonable price. Parking nearby. Overlooking Christmas market.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub in Wittlich war das Hotel sehr günstig, da im Stadtzentrum gelegen, von wo aus man alles fußläufig erreichen konnte. Obwohl unser Zimmer nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügte, war es an den sehr warmen Tagen doch gut auszuhalten. Auch schlossen die Fenster recht gut und es drang kein Nachtlärm in das zum Marktplatz gelegene Zimmer.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, man bekommt alles was man sich wünscht. Obstsalat, Joghurt, Brötchen, Brot, gekochtes Ei, Rührei, Säfte, Kaffee usw. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

DAS war ja mal ein suuuuuper toller Aufenthalt. Angefangen vom Personal am Telefon, an der Rezeption und morgens, beim Frühstück. Wir haben sehr selten so freundliches, verbindliches und herzliches Personal angetroffen. Das Zimmer, mit Dusche, war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Hund war mehr als willkommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder in den Hotel Well übernachten. Freunden werden wir es ebenfalls empfehlen. Ein tolles Hotel.

The hotel in the historic downtown of Wittlich is a great little place with local charm, safe, clean and with very friendly staff. The rooms were spacious by European standards and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. It is in the heart of town with shops and dining options within walking distance. Parking is off site, but just a short walk away. Highly recommend, will come again next time we're in town!
