The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options - all very tasty. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and offered a lovely view of the vineyards that line the hillside on either side of the river. We will definitely be back as it is a lovely place, especially with children.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. It’s walkable to the old town but not close. Having a car would be better in this location or taxi’s, which are readily available. We drove all around Germany and this was the easiest hotel to park. The staff is lovely and made our stay fantastic.

Nice spacious rooms, and a nice play area for the kids. At arrival, the extra beds weren’t made and we had to ask multiple times for them to be done for the kids (even though we checked in as a family of 4)

Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und das Personal ist freundlich. Wir hätten uns zu Anfang etwas mehr Infos gewünscht zwecks Schwimmbad, Parkplatz, Busfahrten. Ansonsten war es aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei dem sich auch die Kinder willkommen gefühlt haben.

Air-con fungerte ikke når vi var der noe som kunne vært en utfordring hadde vi vært der under den verste varmen. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor byen men fult mulig å gå eller leie sykler. Personalet var velig hyggelige og hjelpsomme og det finnes et eget lekerom som barna kunne leke. Bra med parkering

Ett mycket bra boendet, rent, fräscht och stort rum. Ligger en liten bit från centrum, men promenaden antigen utmed Mosel eller genom byn är enkel och det går snabbt att komma till hotellet.

Schönes Zimmer, tolle Grösse. Leider haben die Steckdose über Nacht nicht funktioniert. Bei der Ankunft waren nur 2 von 3 Betten vorbereitet. Reservation für Abendessen ging vergessen…hat dann aber doch noch geklappt. Essen war sehr gut aber nach einer halben Stunde ging das Essen aus….nach 20 Minuten gabs dann was anderes. Etwas mehr Personal an starken Anreisetagen wäre wünschenswert. Das Hotel liegt unweit des Radweges.

Personalen kunde inte prata engelska,otroligt märkligt på ett hotell. Rummet rymligt med okey säng men enbart en kudde var. Frukosten var godkänd men inte mer. Bilderna visade inte alls hur hotellet såg ut eller omgivningarna. Skulle inte bo här igen

Leider verfügt das Hotel nicht über eine Klimaanlage, was uns nicht bekannt war vorab. Im Hochsommer bei über 30 Grad tagsüber war ein schlafen nachts kaum bis nicht richtig möglich. Sehr schade, sonst wäre die Unterkunft echt super.
