From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened. For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but multiple staff said they have not had a shuttle for over a year. A YEAR! To have that in your listing as a selling feature to help me make my decision to stay there, is clearly not just a mistake or an oversight, it is intentional deceit and fraudulent. They charged us 50k for the FREE airport shuttle. Go anywhere else - and beg the staff to go with you. They were nice, but unfortunately could not do anything and didn’t have the supplies or tools to fix things, so they did the best they can with smiles. Unfortunately it just wasn’t enough.

Upgrade erhalten. Zimmer war riesig und mit Wunderbaren Ausblick auf Luwuk und das Meer. Jeder im Hotel war bemüht uns zu helfen. Alle stets sehr gut gelaunt und extrem freundlich😁

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht

Kostenloser Shuttle Service vom Flughafen hat schon auf uns gewartet, hat super geklappt. Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, gingen auf viele Sonderwünsche sofort ein und haben alles gegeben, um unseren Aufenthalt wunderschön zu machen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und mit indonesischen Speisen, Waffelstation, Pancakes und Eierstation. Super lecker! Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist wunderschön und wenn man die Straße runter zum Strand nach rechts geht, befindet sich dort ein wunderschönes Schnorchelgebiet. Würden dort sofort wieder übernachten!!
