"Friendly front end staff, good location and services, room was quite clean, some issues booking via hotels.com as hotel couldn't find the booking initially"

"The room was clean and comfortable and there was a fan in the room so it didn’t get too hot. The host spoke good English which was really helpful and the family were friendly and welcoming. "Excellent stay here we enjoyed our wedding the staff were brilliant. Thank you"

"Excelent breakfast, clean rooms"

"It locates in the center of Palu, so easy to contact with all in Palu."

"No windows in any room. Just a concrete box. Seems to cater to a domedtic guest. Staff has difficulty with English such that you can't order in the restaurant. Half the meals on menu weren't available. Little to no help with recommendations for taxis, getting transportation or suggesting sites to see. Odd location."
