The staff were attentive and super helpful and in general I would say it was a positive experience. The room service was top notch, shower water pressure was excellent "

"Room is a dream. I asked ahead of time for my "queen great view" to face downtown. Lobby people were friendly helping me get checked in early and got me a room with a clear view of the one world trade center. Location was #1 for me. Area is super convenient being between downtown and midtown. All of the surrounding neighborhoods have a distinct personality. You can walk for 30 minutes in any direction and anywhere you land will be lively. F train is around the corner from the hotel. It made going uptown to popular attractions like central park and museum of natural history a breeze for a first timer. Staff very friendly as well. Their uniforms are fresh"
