"We stayed for two nights at Sapa Pine Hill and the staff is great! The room is clean and all the stores, restaurants, and transportation are all in walkable distance. Would definitely recommend for anyone who comes to Sapa and stay at Pine Hill Ecolodge. "

"Great room with absolute stunning view, staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent place to chill. Avoid ‘tour’offered by hotel and get a grab to local village Ta Van, a rip off."

"My cottage was very comfortable for the price I paid. It was clean and warm and the staff was more than curtious in every respect. I was offered tea and coffee, breakfast and fruit regularly. My host Joseph spoke English and assisted me with all my needs even sharing cake, conversation with good advice ."

"We had a lovely stay at Sapa Clay House. The staff is very attentive and they put a lot of love and care into the property. They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapa. The meals served here were also incredible and healthy. You can tell they truly care about...

"Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! "
"Quiet area but not far away from town. Not a whole lots of food options nearby so you will need to go into town for food. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived super early on train and room wasn’t ready but they let us use the lounge area to rest up before we head to town.
Booked the valley view room and the view was spectacular. Room is spacious and clean. The indoor heated was a plus since it’s cold in December.
Thank you to front desk staff Linh for arranging the lovely anniversary room decoration and cake. We felt so special and loved. "
"Great service, accommodations, views, everything. The one thing I'll say is that the venue does not have a ton of activities, so use it as a home base to explore the area, and quietly enjoy your evenings from their mountain top views"
"We arrived at the hotel around 6am after our sleeper bus ride and already experienced the warm hospitality - we were served hot chocolate and the hotel staff offered to store our luggages so that we can go off to explore. We got our room after lunch. It was huge and had the largest balcony and bathroom for all the hotels we ever stayed at. The view was spectacular! The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and pretty. Would highly recommend to stay here!"
"The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! I highly recommend this property!"
