"Great"

"The Drury Inn in Knoxville was simply marvelous. After several travel days where our hotels were mediocre to just plain awful, this was exactly what we needed. Their Happy Hour was well managed and the staff so very attentive and genuinely happy. Breakfast was nothing like the standard packaged carbs and watered down coffee. My husband said the coffee was excellent! When you figure two dinners and two breakfasts, this was beyond economical."

"The room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need for your stay. The gentleman at the desk, Gus, was extremely nice and helpful and a standout during our short stay."

"Elevators were out and no communication on when they would be fixed and no 1st floor rooms. We should have just cancelled staying there as someone in our party has bad knees. There was no attempt to get us a 1 st floor for any of the nights."
