The room had poor lighting, with multiple burned-out bulbs. When I requested replacements, the manager was visibly annoyed and initially claimed nothing could be done. He offered a room change, though I had already settled in, but did not provide adequate lighting in the current room or bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub faucet handle repeatedly fell off during our two-day stay. The manager’s response was unaccommodating and seemed resentful, providing only minimal assistance. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of proper attention to basic maintenance and guest.

The rooms need some touch-up here & there. In my room some of the wallpaper was peeling up on the corners, there were paint spots on the wallpaper and on some light fixtures, and there were red finger prints on the wall around the thermostat

When we got to the room the door has been left open. After getting in the room the TV and phone did not work. Although we had been offered a new room my husband who has just had knee surgery has gotten comfortable and ice on his knee so we chose not to move. We then noticed bottle caps and clothes from the previous clients on the floor in the room. In getting up the next morning we notice our window was at least 3 inches open. Also the Expedia price was advertised at $80 for the night but when I went to book it on the app this price was only if I chose to use my Expedia money points if $54. Not please with the hotel or the app!

I have left a review on the hotels site. We have previously stayed here and never had an issue but this visit was terribly disapointing. The room was not clean at all, I sent photos already. The staff was bothered that we were checking in during a movie rhey were watching on the tv and when we went to breakfast, I had to move 3 times so the staff could eat before us.
