Great for one night stay!

One night stay was clean and comfortable. I do think the TVs need to be upgraded to smart TVs to allow guests to watch premium movies from Netflix, Starz, Prima, etc.

The staff was very friendly; however, I wouldn’t stay again. There’s was a knocking sound coming from the refrigerator off and on all night, I messaged the front desk and they said they would have maintenance take a look, it was not fixed. There were dead bugs in the tub and on the curtains. The shower sprayed from every area except where it should have and sprayed the entire bathroom, even the ceiling.

The property was under renovations and looked rough. The first night was horrible. The interstates noise was extremely loud and the bed was as hard as a board. Did not sleep more than a couple hours. The next night they moved us away from the interstate side and it was better.

Hotel was alittle disappointing. The loading and unloading area was not under cover which is inconvenient when its raining. There wasn't very many luggage carts, so there was a wait for that. The shower curtain had mold on it and around the drain in the tub had mold.

Lost jacket not found

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and while my experience was generally okay, I faced a frustrating situation that left me quite disappointed. During my stay, I accidentally left behind my denim jacket in my room when checking out. It wasn't just anywhere - I specifically remember leaving it under one of the pillows on the bed. As soon as I noticed my jacket was missing, I quickly called the hotel, providing them all the necessary details about the room and where I had left the jacket. To my surprise and disappointment, the staff informed me that they were unable to locate the jacket. Given that I had called immediately after leaving the hotel, I was genuinely taken aback that my jacket could not be found. I felt like my issue was dismissed rather quickly, and I am not entirely convinced a thorough search was made. When choosing Homewood Suites, I had expectations of reliable and thorough service, given the hotel's reputation. This situation, however, has left me questioning the hotel's commitment to its guests and their belongings. Overall, while the hotel offers a decent stay, my experience was negatively impacted by this incident and how it was handled. It's left me with a sour taste and I feel it's important that future guests be aware of my experience. I genuinely hope the hotel management will take this feedback to heart and improve their lost and found service to ensure future guests don't have the same experience
