The owners are older, so I think they are just trying to keep the place open, so I give them some leeway for this. It is conveniently located, and price was inexpensive. "Pros: Plenty of hot water, and water pressure, kitchen well stocked, rooms are very clean, bed is great. This stay was a working stay and not a vacation. The property also had a large lot to walk my dog. Coffee in lobby is great, and a lady named Pat was very accomodating. Cons: rooms could use some updating, but honestly, it was very comfortable."

"Breakfast area wasn't kept clean although staff was sitting in the breakfast room on her phone. Room was musty smelling on arrival and spiders in bathroom. Was able to get disinfectant spray from front desk to spray the room ourselves. Toilet in room had chain come off and after “repair”, ran continuously. Room 309 definitely needs a makeover. Pealing mirror frame, USB ports in headboard do not work, bed old, mattress yellowing. Linens need to be replaced. Tub dripping constantly. Lights flickering in ceiling. Will not stay at this hotel again."
