I had a really great experience staying here. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the AC works perfectly, which made a big difference after long days out. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely accommodating. Any issues I had were handled quickly and with care, and they made sure I felt taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the parking was super convenient. You can really tell it’s under great new management. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seguin

I spent the weekend at Motel 6 Seguin, TX, and honestly, it was just what I needed in my budget. The room was clean, surprisingly comfy bed, and quiet environment - even with the weekend traffic. It was close to everything I wanted to do, and coming back to a comfortable bed after a long day of exploring was a relief. Great value for a weekend getaway - simple, stress-free, and no hidden hassles.

Even though I stayed at this property 2 wks. ago, and gave it a bad review (primarily for cleanliness), it's proximity to my reason for being in Seguin, and cost, prompted me to see if changes had been made. I am happy to say my room (exactly the same as my previous one) was spic and span, the same comfortable bed, easy and close parking. A great value for the cost. I will stay at his motel the next time I'm in Seguin.

The entire room was dirty! The bathtub literally had visible dirt and stains in it, and the floors obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floor was dark colored so the dirt wasn't visible, but when I removed my shoes it was obvious to the bottom of my feet. If it hadn't been so late (and my fatigue), I would have gone elsewhere. Thank God the bed was comfortable and clean.

My wife and me walked around the edge of the motel close to where motel employees park their cars. As I stepped across a fence line, I stepped on a piece of old plywood that was on the ground as if left there to support whoever stepped on it. I tripped and fell down because it wasn't stable enough to stay on the ground solidly. I am 73 years old and I almost injured my left left as a result. Please clean up the property around your motel so that others might not get hurt. Also, inside the room, there were no other chairs other than the one just below the TV desk. I usually expect the room to have at least one lounge chair that is comfortable and soft to sit on -- not a hard, plastic metal chair. You could also add at least one more bar of soap and maybe a container of shampoo to the bathroom so a person can take a shower. The floor of the bath tub is dangerously slippery when wet and a person is trying to balance themselves while taking a shower. Just a few words of constructive criticism for your future use.

Staff was RUDE, no coffee pots in the room and coffee was made in the office on occasion but not daily. I was in a non-smoking room and the bedding had cigarette burns all over it. I needed extra towels and was charged an additional fee. Stay away from this location if you can.

Office staff was not very friendly and willing to work with helping to resolve booking issue with Expedia. The rooms only offered a small bar of soap - no lotion, shampoo or conditioner for hair. The bathtub has been painted at one point and is peeling and gross looking. Old and run down place for the price.

I had such a lovely stay at this Motel 6! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and at home. The room was clean, cozy, and just what I needed after a long day of travel. I appreciated the little touches—everything was simple but thoughtfully done. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the highway, but still quiet at night. I also noticed how pet-friendly they were, which is a big plus for animal lovers like me.
