The hotel was nice. Smelled clean and freshly redone. However the staff did nothing to control the noise levels from the rowdy people staying there for team sporting events. Clearly there some kind of competition in town. However late into the night they were yelling and running up and down the hallways. The parents:team chaperones did nothing to stop them. The hotel should have stepped in so the other guests could get some rest.

The room was great except the ac kept turning off and the room would get hot. Tossed and turned all night. We also wanted to sit by the pool, dip our feet in the water while I smoked, but was told that is not allowed. Other than that enjoyed the stay.

The lobby was very clean, staff friendly. There was some construction going on in the hallway on the 1st and 3rd floor, but no noise or disruption. Beds very comforatable. Breakfast was good.

Handicapped people with a pet needing a roll in shower beware. Our room was clean and comfortable. It took over an hour to get checked in because I had reserved the accessible room with a roll in shower, there is only one and is on the first floor. We have a Cocker Spaniel and have stayed in that room before with our dog with no problem. When checking in we were assigned to a room on Floor 2 that had a tub shower because of a "no pets on first floor" policy. There is no mention of this anywhere on the website or online. I asked to see the manager who was not on the property. The staff member finally contacted someone by phone and after over an hour, we were finally given the room with the roll in shower but only for this stay. I understand wanting to have pet free rooms and a pet free area, however for someone needing the safety of that shower and it being the only room on the property with that, I wish there was a pet exception for that room. The no pets on the first policy still remains in place. We stay at this property because of the very reasonable pet deposit required whereas that deposit at other properties is near or at $100.00.

Home for 3 weeks!

Our family stayed here for almost 3 weeks while our house was being completed. I have to say, the staff was incredible & always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is on the older side, but still well kept and clean. We had a great assortment of foods every morning & even enjoyed the pool! Thank you to the entire staff that welcomed us & made sure our stay was great 😊
