"Room cleaning service SUCKS.. We checked in and there was actual feces on the toilet. If they didn't clean the TOILET, What else didn't they clean?? We had maid service and it took them about 5 freaking hours! Locked out of our room while she was on get cell phone. We weren't allowed to vape OUTSIDE or on our balcony without "Karen" coming to ruin what otherwise would've been a good time. There's no continental ANYTHING... Everything costs money, even parking. You're paying for a NAME, DEFINITELY NOT A QUALITY STAY. The only somewhat decent thing I can say is, the bed and pillows were super comfy. "
