"Yes, the room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The beds/pillows were also comfortable and clean. I am not sure if the dining area is ever used, but that looked like it would be a pleasant place to have some small buffet type breakfast if it were open. Maybe, it is only used on some occasions, and the convenient store located in front of the hotel served my needs for breakfast food anyway. Thanks for doing a great job. I would like to stay there again when visiting Houston."

Room service was excellent—the food was wonderful, and the prices were very reasonable. Our suite was spacious and beautiful, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. "The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "
