I wound up having to stay in LA 4 days longer than originally planned due to a family situation. I stayed here to be close to airport. . Front desk staff-beyond super friendly and accommodating!! Always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to assist. Wish I wrote down their names because they deserve the kudos. Armando-maintenance-came and fixed our sink drain, as promised, while we were out. Housekeeping-amazing. Since I kinda lived there for 4 days, I was observing all. Hardworking crew for sure! My only complaint about the cleanliness is the breakfast. Not the breakfast itself, that was fine, same with the staff-all good. It’s honestly the guests. BUT I bring it up because maybe more garbage cans? They fill up so quickly!! However after breakfast, early afternoon, everything was clean again!!! Not that I’ll be back there as I won’t be in CA, but little creamers for coffee, not just the coffee mate pump which is just chemicals, oils and sugar. I did go out and get my coffee everyday. Thank you for giving me a comfortable and inviting place to stay while I had to deal with some family stress. ❤️

Everything was great EXCEPT they didn't program the TV Guide to show what was coming up next. It's a small thing if you don't watch TV, but I wanted to relax in the room and that was really annoying. But I'd stay again. It was very convenient for what I was trying to accomplish.
