It’s an Expedia VIP hotel but for every benefit they needed me to send screenshots of what’s written on Expedia website, such as free room upgrade, free parking, etc. The property is a motel, it looks much nicer in the photos. They have what I need for my trip - near LAX, reasonable parking price, comfortable bed, free breakfast, and the jacuzzi is a plus.

The hotel is very small and could certainly use a good renovation. It was clear that parts of each room were renovated, like the bathrooms, but the walls/doors/floors and hotel hallways certainly look rather dated/cheap. The A/C unit was also malfunctioning as the thermostat temperature was way off and it frequently had to keep turning back on. The parking garages are very small, and they are not marked at all from the street. The continental breakfast is actually a hot buffet breakfast, it is just incorrectly labeled as continental. The breakfast room is just a converted hotel room, and so it is very cramped. Overall, this is the worst Best Western hotel I have stayed at, and I will not be returning here.
