We had a great stay! The property was super spacious and had plenty of room for a large group. The host communicated well and it was easy to access. Walkable for food, groceries, etc. Nice rooftop balcony and patio area in the 1st floor. Would definitely stay again!

The address on the property listing was not the one rented to us. Beds are uncomfortable. Neighborhood is excessively noisy and the house is not insulated against the city sounds.

The town home was spacious and perfect for our party of 14. Only one parking spot in the courtyard but street parking was not an issue. Very close to Hollywood and easy drive everywhere else.

The condo was in a general state of disrepair. One of the toilet seats was broken. There was even duct tape on one of the stairs, and vinyl peeling off the stairs. The bathroom didn't feel clean. Scuffs all over the walls. Very uncomfortable stiff mattresses that were on cheap platforms so they felt like cots. Old uncomfortable furniture. The cheapest linens and toiletries possible. It could be such a nice condo and instead it felt like a flophouse for partying college students. If considering this place you should know there are a lot of stairs - the master bedroom is up four flights of stairs. The only positives are the view of the Hollywood sign from the top floor and the gated off street parking. Location was OK but it is a rougher part of Hollywood.

The room was nothing as the picture described. The condo was supposed to sleep 4 adults; the condo was one bedroom as described with a very uncomfortable bed. The leaving room has a sofa (not a sofa bed and the closet has an infallible mattress (very uncomfortable) . Also the large window to the street does not close all the way, imagine trying to sleep on a Saturday night on a busy street like Melrose in Hollywood with traffic and loud pedestrians into the late hours of the night and early morning. There are no amenities. Some k-cups but no Keurig machine (funny) . We chose this place for the size and pictures. Could have rented a suit at a Hilton or other hotel for much less with available staff and amenities. Will most likely stick with established hotels going forward based on this experience. The pictures are very misleading and should not be allowed as it influences the decision.

The facility is very clean and easy to use. However, twice during my stay, I was in trouble because another car was parked in my parking lot. Cars and dogs are noisy at night.
