"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "It’s a place I can easily go back to. I can easily give the place 5 stars. I gave 4 only because the place is old. I love it bein rustic and rooms are big. The first guest unit they gave us, the ac is not working and they easily moved us next door at Panglao. I love the location being on the top floor with beautiful water view. It’s spacious and clean.
