"Staff was great from the moment we entered the hotel. I was able to get early check in and the staff helped me with places to visit while in Boston. The room was clean and great view looking over the river. Breakfast was a little pricey although the food was great. Definitely recommend. It’s about 10-15 min Uber ride into downtown so easy to move around."

"The property is not disabled or family friendly. Only for backpackers. Literally just for people with backpacks, with no luggages, no wheelchair, no strollers. Don't be fooled by elevator note on their property details. Yes there is an elevator, but there ARE stairs at the lobby before you can get to the elevator. They have wheelchair lift but they said it is broken and we did not see them make an effort to fix it nor offer any help for the 3 nights we are in there. The faucet water is a joke. You turn it on just to get cold but the water is super hot, then sometimes super cold even you put it into hot. On the cleaning part, all they do is just change the bedsheets and towels. They don't vacuum or clean at all."

"My second stay here and I loved it. It's close to everything, great bar, restaurant and cafe right on the property. I loved the room, perfect for my needs. And the staff is all very kind and attentive. Will be staying again in the future!"
