They change our room to another floor and Hermes from the FD offer to us the dinner of that night complementary. That was a really nice gesture. "The room at Moxy was large and the bed comfortable, The hotel itself has a lovely vibe - active and social without being too noisy. The area around has lots of restaurants but is away from the tourist crush around the Grand Place (which is about 20-25 mins walk away). It's also 4 stops from Gare du Midi so very easy for those who are on the train, in and out of Brussels. Would recommend."

Loved the Nuxe toiletries, nice touch. Excellent location if you are visiting Brussels as a tourist, Schuman metro stop just a couple of minutes walk away. I would say this has been one of my most comfortable stays. "
