"Hospitality was a 10/10, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and cared for during my stay, truly felt like I was staying at a family’s place. The location was perfect, easy to get Ubers or walk to downtown or Signal Hill. The host was very caring, responsive and accessible throughout the trip. I would absolutely stay here again!"

Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland
10/10 Excellent
"Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. It’s the people who make it an enjoyable experience love the harbour view from our room pool area is beautiful. Only suggestion would be to mop the pool deck more frequently there was a lot of wet hair strands strewn across the floor from previous guests who had used the pool. Love Newfoundland we will be back!"
"All is good. Was disappointed water slide wasn’t available. We didn’t know it was only available on the weekends. But at least we know now. Otherwise very clean hotel. "
