The pictures are absolutely accurate. The condo is in the heart of downtown St John’s within short walking to Pubs, restaurants, convention center and arena. The condo itself was EXCELLENT. On the third floor, it was quiet. The stairs at Re not difficult and straight up. The lock box for keys is at the door, so I left them there as the condo door had a digital lock. The bed was very comfortable, as was the bedding. The towels were excellent on quality and quantity. The host had an excellent welcome letter, with detailed self checkin. An excellent choice that I will use with every visit to St John’s. I parked on the street in front of condo all night with no issues. Free parking after 6pm

We loved the location. The bedrooms were very nice. Could use a better couch and chair. Very uncomfortable. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Lots of stairs so not for heavy suitcases!!

Beautifully renovated heritage condo. Clean as a whistle . Lots of space for organizing clothes with lots of hangars! Great location for walking to restaurants. Loved having functioning fireplace. This place looks like it was renovated yesterday. Laminate wood floors, new appliances, spotless bathroom and elsewhere. My only caution to others is to make very sure you have the correct address. I booked through Expedia a precise address, but the owner has several places and he put me in another less convenient location. Make sure you know where you are staying!

Fantastic location! A 10 to 15 min walk into town, and central for many tourist sights of St Johns. The property manager was very accessible and gave us ideas for walking tours as well as places to go with our rental car. The place was very clean with all of the amenities. Cute & Cosy - Would book Again

I was really happy with the unit. It was very cute and quite comfortable. The host was very responsive, and it was in a great location. Check in was also super easy and they even offered me early check-in without me even asking for it. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to get on the wifi in my 3rd floor unit but it wasn't an issue for me as I have lots of data. I did notice some cracks in the tiles and general wear and tear issues but they were minor and did not impact the overall appearance or the comfort of the unit.
