"The Bed was the worst. I stayed in the old part of the hotel. It was HORRIBLE!!!!. The bed was so UNCOMFORTABLE I ended up sleeping in the chairs. The hotel is usually great because I usually stay in the new part of the hotel"

"The noise in the lobby was intolerable, I could not wait to get on the elevator or outside. I felt sorry for your staff to listen to that all day, pure torture. Parking area was filthy but maybe a third party takes care of it. Unsightly over weight guests walking around with no cover ups that should be on. I did not take cleanliness when it comes to guests throwing their foods in elevators and halls. Not Showboat's fault. The room was spartan but well received kudos to your staff. Loooonnnggg walk to elevators. Decor in lobby was so good and appreciated, made me smile. Very helpful front desk and security. Great beds and HVAC. I was really disappointed that we could not get to beach so close to opening season. Thanks for the opportunity."
