"The hotel is lovely, however it is positioned next to a complex of social housing, so the area is a little rough around the edges. Saying that, we had no issues in the 6 nights we stayed :). The hotel itself is clean and quiet and the beds are comfy. It is worth noting, which i hadn't read anywhere they do require a $100 deposit, which is refundable. One way you could possibly improve your service for others finding the area not as safe as they would have liked, is providing a free shuttle bus...

"Great location. Lovely room with all you need for a nice stay! Bar is wonderful and the food is very good for breakfast. Staff friendly and all helpful and work hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Convenient to Times Square, Theater District, Subway lines, and Restaurant Row. Highly recommend it and will stay there again! Well done on converting this to a great hotel!"

"Excellent full apartment space in the heart of the city. Super walkable to great restaurants, the subway, Wall St., and Whole Foods! The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my family. You really can’t find this kind of product at this price in NYC. We were in a 1 bedroom with an additional sleeping den, and it accommodated our whole family easily.
